JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Audit Operations Associate provides centralized administrative and clerical support to audit engagement teams. This role plays a key role in enhancing audit efficiency by providing centralized administrative and clerical support by managing essential documentation and operational tasks.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in onboarding and briefing sessions with audit engagement teams.
  • Familiarize and use the current audit tools and apply standard procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in task execution
  • Assist in sending audit confirmations and follow-ups to clients and third parties.
  • Perform inspection and organization of client documents as requested by the audit team.
  • Generate samples and prepare documentation based on audit procedures.
  • Maintain and update audit-related trackers and logs.
  • Monitor and manage document flow between the audit team and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support the engagement team in archiving and organizing working papers.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with Central Files for borrowing and returning engagement documents.
  • Provide timely and accurate inputs to audit teams regarding administrative aspects of audit procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client documents.
  • Submit accurate time reports and task updates regularly.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated on audit support processes and tools.
  • Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned by the manager or audit engagement team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related courses.
  • No prior experience required; open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Open for fresh graduates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive and clerical tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to audit support processes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly grasp internal tools, workflows, and audit support procedures
