About the Role

We are looking for two (2) Accounting Associates to join our Finance & Accounting team. Each role has a specialized focus:

  1. Invoicing & Sales Analysis – Prepares invoices, records daily sales, and generates reports to support management in tracking business performance.
  2. Collection & Auditing – Manages collections, monitors accounts receivable, and supports audit compliance to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Sales Analysis
  • Prepare, issue, and monitor sales invoices.
  • Record daily sales transactions accurately.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration team for validation.
  • Monitor discounts, returns, and adjustments.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
Collection & Auditing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare collection reports and aging analysis.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding payments.
  • Assist in internal/external audits and provide supporting schedules.
  • Support internal control compliance and checks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
