As the Procurement Manager of Myvan Holdings, Inc., you will oversee strategic sourcing and purchasing across our diverse affiliates—including construction materials, real estate projects, and other business divisions. The role focuses on building strong vendor partnerships, optimizing costs, and ensuring the uninterrupted supply of goods and services needed for group operations.

You will work closely with operations, finance, and project teams across affiliates to align procurement strategies with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies across all affiliates of Myvan Holdings.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials, project supplies, and service needs.
  • Ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and operations teams for procurement alignment.
  • Manage supplier databases, contracts, and performance records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate replenishment needs.
  • Provide regular procurement reports and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to construction, real estate, or multi-industry operations.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or procurement systems.
  • Ability to work across multiple affiliates with different material and service requirements.

  • Based in Cebu/Mandaue; willing to travel for supplier coordination and project site visits.
