Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaue City, Cebu for a Purchasing Supervisor. The Purchasing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day procurement activities, including managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, the role involves ensuring efficient procurement practices, maintaining accurate records, and conducting market research to find cost-effective solutions. The Purchasing Supervisor will also supervise a team and ensure compliance with the company's purchasing policies.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and handling Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Procurement practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Willing to be assigned in Pilit, Cabancalan, Mandaue City, Cebu
