Job Title: Project Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig (5 days a week onsite)

What we're looking for:

We want to hire a Project Manager who either has solid experience at the Project Manager I (I3) level or is a strong candidate ready for an entry-level Project Manager II (I4) role. You should have a good background in managing projects, be able to work well with different teams, and lead projects from beginning to end successfully.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of direct experience managing projects or relevant work in a similar role
  • A total of 10+ years working professionally
  • Experience working on projects that involve different teams across complex organizations
  • Comfortable using both Agile (like Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall project management styles
  • Good understanding of project management basics like scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, communication, and handling resources
  • Strong people skills to work smoothly with IT and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking, and ability to present and negotiate with leaders
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate is a big plus
  • Certifications like Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI (PMP or PMI-ACP) are helpful but not required

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects within your department from start to finish
  • Work closely with department heads to set project goals, outline what needs to be done, and decide how to measure success
  • Adjust project plans as needed when priorities or resources change
  • Keep all stakeholders updated with clear and regular progress reports
  • Manage risks, track key milestones, and make sure projects finish on time and meet goals
  • Occasionally interact with US-based team members but mostly focus on local project execution
  • Use tools like Power Automate to improve processes and automate workflows when possible
  • Ensure all project work is properly recorded, shared with the team, and improved over time
  • Encourage and support Agile practices like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Preferred Skills and Tools:

  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban methods
  • Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet
  • Microsoft Power Automate (great to have)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Lean principles is a bonus
