Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's 's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), digital marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably within the automotive or automotive services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer purchasing behaviors.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Experience with email marketing, segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign execution.
Job Overview:
The CRM Associate will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, retention, and acquisition through strategic customer relationship management and marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive customer behavior, data-driven marketing tactics, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver targeted campaigns that increase brand loyalty, sales, and market share. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and results-oriented with a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer lifecycle management and drive loyalty across automotive customer segments.
- Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to automotive audiences, including email, digital advertising, social media, and direct mail.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize personalized marketing communications.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and promotional calendars.
- Manage CRM database health, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Lead customer feedback and satisfaction initiatives to identify opportunities for service improvement and customer retention.
- Stay up to date with automotive industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.
