Salmon – Who We Are and What We Do
Salmon is a fast-growing consumer FinTech group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of creating the best credit-led, technology-centric bank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines to be our first market and are now a licensed bank and consumer-lending group.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from the website, conduct initial outreach, and schedule meetings with potential deposit clients.
- Meet with high-net-worth individuals, build relationships, and guide them through the deposit process.
- Address client concerns, provide detailed information about the bank, and ensure they feel confident in their decision.
- Drive deposit growth by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (compliance, legal, operations) to facilitate a seamless onboarding and deposit process.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products to provide the best advice to clients.
- Achieve and exceed deposit targets by utilizing strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Background in client-facing roles involving high-net-worth customers.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or wealth management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to handle objections and effectively address client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with a high level of persistence.
- Experience in working with time deposits, investment products, or financial services is a plus.
- Existing client network in the high-net-worth segment is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
