PH Site Lead / Site Manager

We are looking for a leader responsible for:

  • Site-wide governance, culture execution, people management, discipline, and back-office stability for the entire Philippines site.
  • This person will align with the APAC Director daily and act as the on-ground extension of HQ governance and culture.

This role is expected to deliver the following measurable outcomes:

  • Complete management capability assessment
  • Complete employee capability assessment
  • Implement the Hybrid Work Mode (execution + internal/external communication)
  • Build an Accountability Culture
  • Serve as the main window for discipline, governance, and compliance (including DOLE documentation and audit requirements)
  • Act as the employee care and risk escalation window

  • Strengthen back-office stability and site governance consistency

  • Required Background:

  • Working Experience: Candidates should come from Multinational companies (MNCs) or In-house customer service / shared service centers

  • Professional Experience:

    Must have clear exposure to:

  • Governance

  • Compliance
  • HR / Legal processes
  • Audit, documentation, and policy execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Ops / HR / QA / Workforce / Admin)
  • College Graduate

  • With 5 years of minimum extensive relevant experience in the same role.

  • Required Personal Qualities:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • Strong discipline and execution
  • Stable, mature, and able to handle conflict
  • Direct, clear, and structured communication
  • Initiative and strong ownership
  • Ability to make decisions (not just maintain operations)
  • Emotional stability and high-pressure tolerance
  • Ability to drive TL and supervisor behavior change

  • Ability to align with the APAC Director and follow a consistent management rhythm

  • Organizational Context:

  • This role will not start with a 40-person team or multiple support departments.

  • The expectation is to help build a scalable, sustainable site team over time.
  • This is a hands-on culture and governance leadership role, not an administrative one
