Training period: First 30 days in-office, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As the Corporate Governance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's full compliance with government requirements, regulatory filings, and industry standards. You will be responsible for managing corporate documents, licenses, and submissions to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner, supporting management in upholding good governance practices across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all government and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, BIR, DOLE, LGU, PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and others)
  • Maintain and update all corporate documents, permits, registrations, and licenses
  • Monitor renewal schedules and prepare documentation for regulatory filings and reporting deadlines
  • Liaise with government agencies, external auditors, and consultants as needed
  • Support the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and corporate reports
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance governance efficiency and documentation accuracy
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal administration, or governance
  • Strong understanding of Philippine corporate, labor, and tax compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills for working with regulators and management
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or similar platforms
  • Experience handling SEC, BIR, and local government filings is required
