We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, with a focus on reporting, automation, and business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights using tools like Tableau, Excel, SQL, and Python.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards in Tableau and Excel to support asset management, executive reporting, and origination teams


• Develop and maintain robust SQL queries to support reporting and data validation workflows across Snowflake and other databases


• Use Python (pandas, numpy, openpyxl) to automate repetitive reporting and data transformation tasks


• Support data integration and cleansing processes across multiple data sources, including financial systems, property management software, and external APIs


• Build Excel-based tools with advanced formulas and Power Query to streamline manual reporting workflows


• Document, monitor, and improve reporting processes to ensure data quality and consistency


• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify reporting needs and implement scalable solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Experience using Power Query and advanced Excel techniques (e.g., dynamic arrays, Power Pivot, macros)


• Familiarity with API integration for data ingestion and automation


• Experience developing or maintaining Snowflake data models, views, or procedures


• Comfort with basic data modeling and performance tuning in SQL


• Exposure to cloud-based data environments and data governance best practices

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field


• 3–7 years of experience in a data analyst or analytics-focused role


• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake experience preferred)


• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Excel


• Python programming experience focused on pandas, numpy, and openpyxl


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset


• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions
