Job Description

As a
Senior Data Engineer
, you will architect and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, manage Databricks environments, and enhance API integrations essential to business intelligence and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with international data teams to ensure seamless governance, performance tuning, and delivery of high-quality datasets that support analytics and enterprise-wide reporting.

The Qualifications We Seek

As a Senior Data Engineer, you should have:

• Minimum of
  5+ years of experience
  in
  data engineering roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with
  AWS
  ,
  Python
  , and
  SQL
  (required)
• Experience using
  Power BI
  and
  DBT
  for data modeling and transformations (required)
• Background in event-driven architecture and modern data pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Databricks or similar
• Experience with REST APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and star-schema data architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git branching)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical teams
• Demonstrated long-term commitment and stability in previous roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions such as Dataverse and SharePoint
• Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203, AZ-400) are a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Enhance and manage API integrations to support efficient data ingestion and delivery.
• Automate deployment and testing workflows using Azure DevOps for smoother releases.
• Administer Databricks environments, including cluster management, Delta Lake, and job scheduling.
• Build and refine scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools.
• Collaborate with international data teams to maintain data accuracy, governance, and reliability.
• Monitor workflows, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize system efficiency.
• Implement security, logging, and auditing practices aligned with organizational standards.
