What You'll Do:

  • Be a professional care matchmaker — connecting the right caregivers with the right clients
  • Build balanced schedules that meet both client needs and caregiver preferences
  • Handle call-offs and last-minute changes like a total pro (without breaking a sweat)
  • Keep everything accurate and up-to-date in our system (AxisCare experience = bonus points )
  • Partner with our care team to ensure every client receives outstanding service
  • Help shape a positive culture where caregivers feel supported, seen, and appreciated

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with scheduling or staffing, preferably in home care, healthcare, or other people-focused, high-energy environments
  • A cool head, a warm heart, and a great sense of humor
  • Strong tech skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A genuine love for seniors and respect for those who care for them
  • Willingness to be part of the on-call rotation (teamwork makes the dream work — and yes, we've got your back)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
