Job Description:

Join our dynamic team and provide excellent customer service for a leading Telco or Financial account. You will handle voice calls, assist customers with inquiries or billing concerns, and ensure a positive experience in every interaction. This role offers competitive pay, a signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K-12 Graduate (New Curriculum)
  • Minimum 6 months Voice Call Center experience required
  • 1 year Voice CCE experience preferred
  • Experience handling Telco or Financial accounts is an advantage
  • Good English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work on-site in Makati (Glorietta 1) and on shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
