Position: Trainer / Coach
Department: Enablement
Reports To: Enablement Training Manager
Role Purpose
The Trainer/Coach plays a key role in driving employee performance and capability by delivering effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. This role focuses on onboarding, upskilling, and reinforcing best practices to ensure employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (virtual and in- person) covering role-specific skills, company processes, and best practices.
- Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
- Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
- Conduct skills assessments and identify development areas.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Training Managers to update training content.
- Monitor learner progress, track completion, and provide post-training support.
- Reinforce knowledge retention through follow-up sessions, role plays, and knowledge checks.
- Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and departmental needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in training, coaching, or enablement.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training style to different learning preferences.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems).
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
Preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience using accounting tools such as
Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks (QB), or similar platforms. - Background in training employees in finance, accounting, or related fields is an advantage.
