Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead our operations in Visayas and Mindanao. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and oversee business performance across assigned stores.
- Evaluate existing stores and recommend expansion, relocation, or closure as needed.
- Open new business doors and build relationships with dealers, sub-distributors, and mall partners.
- Ensure all stores comply with company standards, government regulations, and operational policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, recommend replenishment or transfers, and support merchandising strategies.
- Lead, train, and manage store teams; handle scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and communication.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis; provide insights to the brand and marketing teams.
- Submit sales reports and ensure timely deposit of cash sales.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related course
- In depth understanding of retail store operations, security measures and procedures, inventory management, inventory control, customer service, and staff training.
- Proven experience in overseeing multiple stores and managing multiple teams
- Proficient in using point-of-sales (POS) system
- Possess a solid understanding of financial concepts such as operating expenses, profit margins, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the retail or watch industry is a plus
