We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Manager with a strong background in full-stack web development, mobile application development, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate is both a technical leader and a hands-on engineer, capable of overseeing development teams, architecting solutions, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

The IT Manager will drive innovation, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly applications across web , , Laravel) and mobile (iOS & Android) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor front-end, back-end, and mobile developers.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Technical Strategy & Development
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions for web and mobile applications.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and DevOps.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution.
  • Ensure a seamless integration of UI/UX principles into application development.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance & Security
  • Establish coding standards, code review processes, and QA protocols.
  • Implement robust security and data protection measures.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (front-end, back-end, and mobile).
  • 2+ years in a leadership or IT management role.
  • Technical Skills
  • Front-End Development: , , JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Back-End Development: Laravel, PHP, RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Mobile Development: Native iOS (Swift), Native Android (Kotlin), and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native a plus).
  • UI/UX: Experience collaborating with designers, implementing responsive design, and ensuring accessibility compliance.
  • DevOps/Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic IT management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong portfolio of projects across web and mobile applications.
