Rate: Php 30,000 to 35,000 monthly salary

Working Schedule:

  • Shift 1: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Manila Time)

Note: Xero, ZOHO or MYOB experience is what we are looking for with regards to bookkeeping background

JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper with a background in Xero, ZOHO, or MYOB (preferred but not required). The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will play a critical role in managing accounts and supporting the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Utilize Xero, ZOHO, or MYOB to manage and update accounting records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist with tax preparation, filing, and audit processes.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial data and provide accurate, timely information to stakeholders.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve account-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Undergraduates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Xero, ZOHO, or MYOB is a good plus
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Dubai and New Zealand financial regulations is a plus.
