Housekeeping Supervisor

The Upper Deck is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and daily upkeep of our multi-level sports and recreation facility. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in hotels or large commercial properties and is confident leading a team in a high-traffic, client-facing environment.

Our facility includes indoor courts, a gym, spa, pool, dive training center, cycling studio, and food & beverage areas — all of which require consistent and proactive maintenance. If you take pride in order, cleanliness, and leading by example — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team across all areas of the facility
  • Assign duties, inspect work, and ensure standards are consistently met across all zones
  • Oversee scheduling, attendance, and task lists of housekeeping personnel
  • Train and mentor new housekeeping team members to uphold company protocols
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance and Front Desk teams for deep cleaning or urgent requests
  • Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
  • Ensure all sanitation, health, and safety standards are strictly followed
  • Conduct regular inspections in locker rooms, comfort rooms, fitness areas, pool decks, and event spaces
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or facility concerns immediately
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and client respect at all times

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or large-scale facility
  • Experience managing rotating shifts and a multi-zone property
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Trustworthy, organized, and calm under pressure
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, including early morning, evening, weekend, or event shifts
  • Knowledge of cleaning tools, supplies, and basic facility care practices
  • High school graduate required; vocational or hospitality certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
