Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carefully handles finished goods based on the Yield Report (BOD) and transfer them from Production staging area to designated Warehouse storage area.
  • Ensures that all received products from production are with the correct batch/lot number according to covering documents, have no physical defects, properly tagged and are correctly stockpiled in designated location following established warehousing procedures.
  • Conforms to the prescribed rules on forklift operations and maintenance, hygiene and personnel safety.
  • Ensures that products are stored properly.
  • Ensures that his/her assigned forklift is clean and in proper working condition before the start and after the end of his shift.
  • Operates his/her forklift carefully. Performs his assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
  • Responsible for the preparation of items for delivery.
  • Responsible for monitoring storage temperature.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of data, and/or other documents as assigned by his supervisor.
  • Ensures that he performs his/her work assignment complying with prescribed proper warehousing, GMP, sanitation and safety standards and instructions.
  • Informs his/her superior of material, tools and other supplies needed for his use, as needed.
  • Responsible for the forklift and tools assigned to him/her.
  • May Relieve other forklift operator.
  • Attends to general housekeeping chores in the Warehouse to make sure that it is always kept clean and orderly.
  • Assist in the conduct of physical inventory.
  • Segregates damaged, insufficient or undocumented materials and immediately informs his/her superior about the non-conformance.
  • Performs other task as may be assigned by his/her superior
  • KNOW HOW TO OPERATE COUNTER BALANCE AND REACH TRUCK (BATTERY OPERATED)
