If so, we look forward to hearing from you HelloFresh is looking for a Service Package Team Leader to manage a team of Procurement Operation Coordinators within our Global Supply Chain and Procurement function. This role is critical in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of our internal Procurement

Ordering System including PR creation and PO management. Working closely with Key Users from the business and Procurement teams, this role will supervise the daily management of P2P through our Workday Guided Buying Tool. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for optimizing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DOLead a team of Procurement Operations Coordinators to accurately and efficiently manage the procurement process closely in line with our procurement policy. Set up measures and report on performance, present data to key stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Input data and ensure the correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities. Create a governance framework to manage risk. Establish and drive consistency across all markets and assign workload accordingly to ensure team objectives are met.

Build a continuous improvement culture to ensure the business issues are not only managed promptly but the users are proactively trained during all interactions. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that all team members meet their performance goals and deadlines. Motivate your team to go above and beyond.

Manage escalations within your team to resolve blockers with urgency, partner with the Global Indirect Procurement / Legal / AP team where necessary. Analyze errors and trace them back to the root cause using raw data from the appropriate database. Serve as the subject matter expert of the team, role modeling problem-solving behaviours.

WHAT YOU'LL BRINGAt least a four-year college graduate preferably with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Management or any Business-related course. At least 3 years experience working within procurement, supply chain and/or as a data entry clerk (previous management experience preferred). Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. Experience managing or reporting on KPIs. Experience using Microsoft Office & Google suite programs (ERP/MRP systems is a plus).

Experience with Workday Guided Buying is a plus. Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian). SOFT SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
