As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead the execution of global category strategies and regional sourcing activities to drive cost savings and maximize value.

Job Description

This is an exciting and dynamic leadership role that provides the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization in Asia Pacific.

You will work closely with key stakeholders in these regions to develop and implement a robust supply chain to support us in this rapidly growing sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building crucial partnerships with stakeholders to facilitate the formulation and execution of a plan for developing a robust supply base.
  • Creating and overseeing a high-performing team consisting of Procurement Managers, Procurement Leads, and Procurement Specialists.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of sourcing plans that maximize the use of category suppliers and ensure uniform standards across vendors.
  • Managing stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure that both direct and indirect procurement needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a professional procurement role, preferably within a multi-national organization.
  • Commercial acumen to lead complex contract negotiations and act autonomously to execute agreeable terms expeditiously.
  • A proven track record of implementing procurement strategies and delivering value through associated sourcing activities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of key suppliers and supply market dynamics.
  • Proactive communication skills to engage stakeholders.
  • High levels of integrity and accountability.
