Location: Remote (Philippines)

Company: ReppertFactor, Inc. (US-based)

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Mondays to Fridays | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)

We are a service-based IT company that supports US-based companies and individuals with their technology needs. Our primary business is the maintenance of office networks and the offloading of user IT concerns to our help staff instead of the office managers. This allows companies to focus on growth and building their business instead of backend and user problems. All Technicians are working remotely all over the US, and a small team is from the Philippines.

About the Role

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our remote team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting and customer support, capable of delivering high-quality assistance through both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and updates accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
  • Must have experience working with US-based or international clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.

Technical Requirements

  • Own work-from-home setup (desktop/laptop and noise-cancelling headset).
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work and calls.
  • Quiet and professional workspace.
