We're a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of clients with diverse technology environments. With over a decade of experience building high-performing global teams, we know what it takes to empower great techs—and we invest in their success.

As we grow, we're looking for skilled IT professionals to join our remote helpdesk team. If you've worked in an MSP before, love solving tough IT problems, and want to grow fast—this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve support tickets across Windows, MS365, networks, and more
  • Work with experienced engineers and team mentors
  • Support end users via remote tools and documentation
  • Use industry-standard tools like NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or Kaseya
  • Stay sharp in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience working in an MSP
  • Familiarity with RMMs and PSAs (Datto, N-able, HaloPSA, etc.)
  • Ability to close 10+ tickets/day consistently
  • Clear, confident English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/EntraID, SharePoint, Defender, OneDrive, Copilot)

Nice-to-Haves

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Firewall, VPN, or cybersecurity experience
  • GPO setup and Active Directory administration
  • Virtualization skills (Hyper-V, VMware)
