About the Role

In this Junior / Entry level role, we are looking for a Business Analyst – Helpdesk who will provide frontline support for business systems and applications, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in accountancy, engineering, or IT, and a keen interest in business analysis and system support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user issues, requests, and inquiries related to business systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams, and track resolution.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements and help produce functional/technical documentation.
  • Support system testing activities (UAT) and prepare test cases and issue logs.
  • Maintain helpdesk logs, FAQs, and user guides to support end-users.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Proficient in computer applications. Knowledgeable in SAP modules and other online, mobile and desktop platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in technical support and customer service is an advantage.
  • Produce functional and technical documentations with strong attention to details.
  • Willing to learn new and research new technologies.
  • Willing to work in Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
