  • Plan and execute technical activities in accordance with ODA bidding document and customer requirements at design and implementation phase for IT facility.
  • Serve as project manager for ODA project acting as point of contact for the customer.
  • Interface and communicate with KDDI Philippines' ODA members, vendors and customers as necessary.
  • Develop, edit and contribute to supporting documents relating to ODA activities.
  • Attend project meetings and assume responsibility for assigned action items.
  • Develop and execute completion plans to support modification projects.
  • Manage project certification compliance.
  • Conduct and coordinate design and program review meetings.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent directly related work experience at least 5years.
  • Experience working with IT facility for large-scaled transportation project such as highway, tunnel or railway is preferrable.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Must be able to work off schedule hours & weekends as required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills. Must be able to look ahead, anticipate problems and proactively address issues.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
  • Domestic Travel 10% to 50% depending on the assigned projects
