Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager EPC to lead, manage, and execute utility-scale solar projects from pre-construction to commissioning. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in solar EPC project management and a proven track record of closing deals of at least 2 megawatts or more in the Philippines. This role is crucial in delivering renewable energy projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects (commercial, industrial, and utility-scale).
  • Identify, evaluate, and close solar project deals of 2MW or more in capacity.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams including engineering, procurement, permitting, and construction.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management and key stakeholders.
  • Support business development by participating in bids, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (licensed engineer preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EPC project management within the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of closing and delivering projects of 2MW or more.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Knowledge of Philippine solar regulations, permits, and local industry practices.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
