Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager handling software development projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Description:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.

Governance and Compliance

  • Follow established project management methodologies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Resource Management

  • Identify and allocate resources effectively to ensure project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department managers to resolve resource constraints.
  • Monitor resource utilization and address potential conflicts.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Communication and Reporting

  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
