About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounting Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or aspiring professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in Philippine accounting, taxation, payroll, and business registration.

You'll be using MPM Accounting Software and MPM Payroll Software to record transactions, manage client documents, and assist in preparing and filing various government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage financial transactions using MPM Accounting Software and MPM Payroll Software
  • Organize and maintain client records, documents, and reports
  • Prepare and file government forms and payments (as needed)
  • Assist in preparing documents for business registration and other government reportorial requirements
  • Communicate professionally with assigned clients regarding updates and requirements
  • Process and submit documents to government agencies and banks, when required

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • Should have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection in case of remote work during weather-related events
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and gain practical experience in local accounting, taxation, payroll, and business compliance
