Growth Path

This is a pioneer role with room to grow into a Marketing Lead or Creative Director position as the business scales. You'll help build the foundation of our marketing strategy and shape how the brand is seen across the Philippines.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Shoot photo and video content on-site at client locations nationwide
  • Edit videos and photos for social media, website, and promotional use
  • Create visual assets aligned with brand tone and service standards
  • Maintain a content calendar and organize media files for reuse

Marketing Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns
  • Monitor marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies
  • Support email marketing, social media posting, and basic analytics
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and freelancers as needed

Brand Development

  • Help define visual identity and messaging for the softwash brand
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal promotions and client engagement
  • Document client success stories and before/after transformations
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Field Coordination

  • Travel to client sites for content capture and brand documentation
  • Liaise with operations team to schedule shoots and gather testimonials
  • Represent the brand professionally during field visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
