Digital Marketing Officer

This pivotal role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across our diverse product lines, encompassing homeware, cookware, electronics, and other home goods.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, brand building, and the ability to adapt strategies across varied product categories. The role also includes significant collaboration with the design team on packaging and in-store materials. Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive strategies across various online platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and e-commerce marketplaces, tailored to each product category (homeware, cookware, electronics, etc.).
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. This includes both on-site (e-commerce platform ads) and off-site advertising.
- Create engaging and targeted content: Develop compelling content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns, carefully tailoring messaging to resonate with specific customer segments and product categories. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
- Manage online brand presence: Oversee and optimize the brand's presence across all relevant online platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience. This includes social media management, website updates, and online reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences within the home goods sector. Use these insights to inform marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget: Develop and execute the monthly marketing budget, optimizing allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness across all product categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all product lines and align with overall business objectives. This includes close collaboration on packaging design, in-store materials, and video production.
- Prepare and present reports: Provide regular performance reports, incorporating key findings and data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing campaigns and strategic decision-making.
- Brand Asset Development & Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of retail packaging designs and instruction manuals in collaboration with the graphics team. Manage new product registration and trademark processes. Oversee the design and production of in-store promotional materials (including short videos and 3D counter designs) and planograms with the graphics team. Manage DTI registration for retail promotions.

Digital and Social Media campaigns are developed and implemented
Promotional activities that will increase foot traffic in the stores
Analytical reporting systems are developed and interpreted
Digital Marketing and social media strategies are developed
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
