Job Description

  • Execute approved payment cycles through electronic banking system (CitiDirect, etc.) and follows defined Standard Operating Procedure and GFS policy within the treasury payments activities.
  • Country POC in terms of basic and simple inquiries related to vendor payments with minimal supervision.
  • Check and review scheduled payments pro-actively.
  • Ensure to follow up any payment issues using basic judgment and expected to offer solutions in handling issue resolution.
  • Responsible for monthly Inter-Company Netting exercise for support countries
  • No payment rejection, delay and duplicate payments
  • Keep adhoc requests to a minimum level and escalate as needed.
  • Continuously improve productivity and service quality
  • Participate in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc and provide necessary requirements as needed.
  • Ensure SOP or any process documentations are up to date, any changes are update timely.
  • Participate in the projects or improvement initiatives. Actively look and initiate improvements
  • Ensure compliance to global financial standards and internal controls specific to AR Process.
  • Assist in the ERP deployment and act as Super User
  • Train and assist (buddy for JG6)
