Finance & Administration Manager

BGC, Taguig | Full-time, Office-based (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and administrative operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth office administration, working closely with leadership to support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage payroll processing, statutory remittances, and employee benefits.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, payment collections, and customer billing.
  • Handle general administrative functions, including office supplies and vendor management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Supervise administrative support staff and provide guidance as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in finance and administration, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and AR management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
