Business and Sales Development Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and energetic
Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)
with a creative marketing edge.
You'll be the front line of our growth strategy — connecting with prospects, generating qualified appointments, and supporting ongoing marketing campaigns that engage and convert leads.

What You'll Do
Sales Development & Outreach
- Make
80–100 outbound calls daily
to targeted prospects across assigned industries and regions. - Conduct
email and LinkedIn outreach
to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. - Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into opportunities.
- Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Maintain clean, accurate records of all activities and leads in
HubSpot CRM
(or similar). - Manage the full lead nurturing process — from first touch through appointment handoff.
Marketing & Content Engagement
- Support marketing initiatives, including
email campaigns, social media ads, and Google Ads
. - Assist in
social media management
— posting updates, engaging with audiences, and tracking engagement metrics. - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and share content that resonates with target audiences (e.g., case studies, blog posts, success stories).
- Monitor campaign results and contribute ideas to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align messaging and outreach cadence.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience
in Sales Development, Business Development, or Marketing Support (B2B preferred). - Experience with
HubSpot CRM
is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with
ConnectWise
or similar platforms is a plus (especially for IT/MSP backgrounds). - Background in
IT services, SaaS, or Managed Service Providers (MSP)
is a strong advantage. - Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — persuasive and personable.
- Working knowledge of
social media marketing, email automation, and digital ads (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn)
. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating or scheduling posts in
HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer or similar platforms
. - Basic understanding of
Google Analytics, SEO.
