Your Role in Action

Be part of our client's team as a Virtual Assistant, supporting seamless financial operations. You'll manage client communications, track projects, coordinate with institutions, maintain accurate records, and assist with marketing materials-all while playing a key role in delivering exceptional, client-focused financial services that make a real impact.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (7am to 4pm PHT), Weekends Off

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

What You'll Handle Every Day

  • Respond to email and phone inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Follow verbal instructions accurately and take action quickly
  • Track client projects, tasks, and document requests
  • Coordinate with super funds, insurance companies, and investment providers to collect and confirm information
  • Maintain CRM systems and digital records accurately and up to date
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks
  • Create and handle marketing collaterals
