Virtual Assistant, Property Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily property management tasks, maintenance coordination, and work order tracking.
- Handle lease renewals, arrears follow ups and vacate or break lease processes.
- Manage inspection schedules, entry notices, and communication with tenants, landlords, and trades.
- Assist with listing preparation, marketing assets, and basic social media updates.
- Process tenant applications, reference checks, and CRM updates.
- Provide admin support including email management, calendar coordination, and document handling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with real estate or property management experience in Australia.
- With 1–3 years of related work experience.
- Strong background in Admin or Virtual Assistant work.
- Familiar with property management software.
- Comfortable coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant or landlord communication.
- Skilled in managing emails, calendars, and documentation.
- Able to draft basic reports, summaries, and client updates.
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Familiar with Australian tenancy processes is an advantage.

Makati – 9/F, Amorsolo Bldg., 142 Amorsolo Street, Legazpi Village, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City, 1229 Philippines
Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 6am-3pm Manila time
