Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support our lawyers in case preparation and decision-making
  • Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical legal files and records
  • Coordinating with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders as required
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of legal research tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Keen interest in the legal industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
