DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft contracts and agreements as needed and shall review existing or new contracts or any legal memorandum;
  • Assist in the execution and implementation of any legal strategies;
  • Conduct legal research to help the company gather information and prepare for any trial if needed.
  • Evaluate legal exposure and associated risks to formulate alternatives to legal strategies;
  • Coordinate, meet and plan with various departments for their specific legal requirements.
  • Handle due diligence, claims disputes and presents potential risks that has negative impact to the company.
  • Creates and maintains legal files with control access to identified management members.
  • Leads other engagements, as may be assigned from time to time.
