We're seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Associate to be a core contributor to our in-house team. This role requires demonstrated experience in legal research, compliance filings, and contract administration, with a focus on supporting the company's daily business operations.
What You Will Do
- Your responsibilities are centered on operational excellence, legal accuracy, and compliance:
- Legal Research: Conduct essential research on laws, regulations, and legal articles to ensure the company's continuous compliance.
- Documentation: Take the lead in assisting with the drafting, review, and editing of critical legal documents, including contracts and official correspondence.
- Corporate Compliance: Manage the entire process for government-mandated filings (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGU), ensuring timely and accurate submission of all documentary requirements.
- Administrative & Client Support: Provide dedicated support to Legal Counsel, including document management, file organization, and professional interaction with clients/external parties.
- Meeting Support: Attend key meetings to capture detailed notes, aiding in case and strategy preparation.
What We Need
- Educational background in Legal Management, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role.
- Strong practical understanding of legal principles and corporate practices.
- A high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly preferred: Prior experience or exposure to real estate law, documentation, and permit processing.
Work Setup
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM).
