Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. The role focuses on growing our Voice+ ecosystem by building partnerships with voice agencies, anchors, and creators through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit potential voice agencies and anchors through various channels to join and grow on the platform.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agencies and anchors.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to promote app engagement, user activities, and live events.
  • Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to build relationships, collect feedback, and provide improvement support.
  • Assist in training, guiding, and managing agency operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Chinese understanding preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the voice or live streaming industry.
  • Possesses a strong network of Filipino hosts and agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse personalities.
  • Active and knowledgeable in social media and online communities.
