Marketing Director – Summary

Leads the marketing team in driving brand growth and measurable business impact across consulting, education, immigration, RPO, staffing, and multinational sectors. Oversees strategy, execution, and evaluation of branding, communications, digital marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and market research. Ensures alignment with company goals, strengthens brand presence, and optimizes ROI.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
  • 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management software
  • Knowledge of branding, market research, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI on marketing initiatives
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced remote or hybrid environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Set direction for all marketing functions; ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Branding & Communications: Approve and guide brand materials, content, and internal engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, website performance, and analytics.
  • Events & Partnerships: Direct event marketing, partnerships, and ROI evaluations.
  • Market Research: Oversee competitive analysis and integrate findings into strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the marketing team for high performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain calendars, budgets, style guides, and governance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with global business units and external vendors for consistent execution.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor metrics, produce performance reports, and recommend improvements.
