As a member of the Athena team, you will have an exponential opportunity to empower the fiercely ambitious to achieve their most audacious goals. High-level Responsibilities Oversee and monitor daily recruitment operations, ensuring targets are met and creating action plans for the team. Lead and communicate organizational and developmental changes; evaluate team performance and identify training needs.

Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve procedural issues. Coach direct reports on performance improvements. Ensure the team consistently achieves recruitment KPIs.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Athena's growth and talent needs. Collaborate with C-level executives and other leaders to understand requirements and design effective recruitment plans. Stay informed about industry and market trends to optimize recruitment approaches.

Work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives. Assist in building and improving recruitment processes to hire top 1% talent. Evaluate current procedures, solicit feedback, and implement enhancements.

Develop comprehensive assessment processes for Executive Partner candidates. Define and track key recruitment metrics; create reports on performance and trends. Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
