This division focuses on initiating Sales and Marketing activities for projects in Southern Luzon. Known for fully-integrated township projects, Megaworld Global Estates Inc. aims to revitalize this region with innovative property developments.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Cavite. The Sales Director will oversee daily sales operations, lead and manage the sales team, devise and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field


• Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage


• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in a Sales Director or equivalent leadership role within the real estate industry


• Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly preferred


• Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning


• Must have a complete and operational sales team, consisting of: At least 3 Sales Managers, with 4–7 Property Specialists each and 1 Broker Manager with 3 Broker Liaison Officers


• Possesses an active and well-established network of real estate clients, investors, and industry contacts


• Former sales agents or employees of Megaworld or any of its subsidiaries must present a valid clearance certificate
