At Wyndham Garden Manila Bay, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences through service excellence and strategic innovation. We are seeking a visionary Sales & Marketing Director—preferably with a strong background in the hospitality industry—to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market share targets.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee all sales channels, including corporate, MICE, leisure, and online distribution.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel trade partners, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to inform strategy.
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives with measurable ROI.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a branded hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and market share growth.
  • Strong network within the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera PMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
