Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of slot machine games. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize software systems that power engaging gaming experiences. You'll work with a mix of engineers, artists, and designers, ensuring our games run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

No background in game development is required — if you have strong C++ experience and a passion for solving complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on development role with opportunities to lead and mentor a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain core software components for slot machine games using C++.
  • Implement game features, mechanics, and system-level functionality.
  • Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with artists, animators, and designers to bring gameplay ideas to life.
  • Ensure games run seamlessly on Linux/Windows platforms with efficient memory and resource usage.
  • Research and apply new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve development.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding and system design.
  • Work with QA to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C++.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux development and system-level programming.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with multi-threaded applications.
  • Familiarity with graphics frameworks (OpenGL, Vulkan) or game engines (Unity) is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for building high-performance applications; interest in gaming is a bonus.
