The Senior Analyst – Human Resources is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions. He/ She provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Maintains payroll and employee related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for HR head, as necessary and requested.
  • Creates report and analysis for HR Operations team.
  • Assist Supervisors and Managers and provide advice in relation to employee performance and conduct.
  • Conducts preparation for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
  • Performs other HR related task as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (4year course) equivalent in Human
  • Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (any departments)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Amenable working on shifting schedule including graveyard
  • Must be willing to work on-site
