About the role

We are looking for a Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager to drive strategic on-ground visibility and local marketing initiatives across our store network. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on field execution - ideal for someone who understands how to translate brand goals into impactful mall and community presence.

The LSM Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing prime advertising locations, managing partnerships with mall administrators and optimizing out-of-home (OOH) and in-store marketing opportunities to increase customer traffic and brand visibility

Key Responsibilities

1. Mall Advertising & Visibility Strategy

Identify key mall locations and high traffic zones for strategic store visibility and customer engagement.

Develop and implement local OOH and mall-based advertising strategies (e.g., lightboxes, standees, elevator wraps, LED screens, floor decals, and escalator ads).

Conduct regular field assessments to evaluate site traffic, signage performance, and emerging ad opportunities within each store's business radius.

Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand identity and align with ongoing national campaigns.

2.Negotiation & Coordination

Work closely with mall administrators, operations, and property management teams to identify advertising opportunities within and around mall premises.

Negotiation ad placements, durations, and rates to secure the best value and maximize exposure.

Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for design approvals and campaign rollouts.

Ensure compliance with mall and LGU regulations for all advertising executions.

  1. Field Marketing & Data Gathering

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate local market conditions, competitor visibility, and traffic flow.

Collect and analyze data on mall foot traffic, audience behavior, and seasonal trends to guide ad placements.

Submit regular reports on campaign performance, ad visibility, and cost-efficiency metrics.

Recommend new OOH or BTL initiatives to strengthen each store's catchment perforamce.

  1. Local Activation Support

Assist in planning and executing mall activations, pop-ups, and in-store events that drive customer engagement and sales.

Supervise third-party suppliers, fabricators, and contractors during ad installation or event setup.

Collaborate with store managers to ensure promotions and mall activities are effectively communicated and executed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Local Store Marketing, Mall Marketing, or OOH Advertising.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in dealing with mall administration and advertising vendors.

Excellent understanding of OOH, TTL, and BTL marketing within mall environments.

Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Willing to travel and conduct field work across mall branches.

Background in retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries is a strong advantage.
