Key responsibilities
- Local marketing strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the local community, customizing corporate campaigns to suit local tastes and market behavior.
- Community engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups through partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach programs.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, flyers, and events. This includes managing promotional materials and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Sales and customer insights: Monitor store performance and customer traffic. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to gather insights for future marketing activities.
- Digital and social media coordination: Support local social media presence, create store-specific content, and coordinate with marketing teams on geo-targeted campaigns.
- Local sales opportunities: Pursue sales opportunities like bulk orders, catering, and partnerships with nearby offices and communities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (often preferred).
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork (for supervisor/manager roles).
