About the role

Zaps Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our talented sales team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing the skills and performance of your team. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  2. Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
  4. Foster strong relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts to secure new business
  5. Provide regular performance reviews and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with broader business objectives
  7. Identify and implement training and development initiatives to upskill the sales team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  3. Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to inform decision-making
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  6. Thorough understanding of the local market and competitive landscape
