
Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for IT solutions, products, and services aimed at Commercial Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet the diverse needs of commercial clients.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within commercial accounts. Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in commercial organizations.
- Client Engagement and Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of commercial clients and tailor IT solutions, products, and services to address these requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales successfully. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
- Market Analysis and Positioning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our IT solutions. Gather and analyze client feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product management, and marketing, to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction. Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs to stay current with company offerings and sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT solutions industry, with a focus on commercial accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions that drive business value.
- Must be willing to work on-site in BGC for at least 3 to 4 times a week
- Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible but not a requirement
