We are seeking a Benefits Administration Supervisor to join our TEAM. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end benefits administration, ensuring compliance with government policies, and managing a team of associates. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in benefits processes, excellent leadership skills, and a background in HR or customer service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the immediate superior in onboarding and setting up new clients for benefits administration.
- Act as the "go-to person" for insights on best practices, benefits regulations, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Admin teams for timely reporting and payment of government benefit claims and statutory contributions.
- Prepare and review management reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Validate reports/documents from direct reports while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Ensure clients adhere to new government policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of assigned associates.
- Identify and implement process improvements and create developmental plans for team members.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year business course (preferably in Human Resources or related field).
- At least 3–4 years' experience in benefits administration.
- With people management experience.
- At least 3–4 years' experience in customer service management (BPO or related industry a plus).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.
